As vice president of communications, Shelley helps oversee ProMatura’s market feasibility department, manages and edits studies, and stays in close contact with clients, ensuring their needs are heard and their questions answered.

Shelley also serves as ProMatura’s general counsel. She reviews and negotiates contracts, advises ProMatura on legal matters, and ensures the company’s compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. In addition, she helps manage ProMatura’s daily operations and strategic planning.

Prior to joining ProMatura in 2014, Shelley worked as an attorney in private practice throughout the US and the UK. Her background is in corporate law, family law, municipal law, asbestos litigation, and insurance. She earned her bachelor of arts and juris doctorate from The University of Mississippi and is licensed to practice law in all Mississippi state and federal courts.
