Katie Griffin

CALL CENTER MANAGER

 

Katie manages the call center, which conducts telephone surveys for consumer research and Community Planning Research Seminars. She also helps supervise and manage the NIC MAP department.

Katie earned a bachelor of arts degree in graphic design from the University of Mississippi. Since joining ProMatura in 2006, she’s helped design mail surveys, reports, brochures, and more.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys photography, reading, writing, Ole Miss football, and playing with her son.
