Hayley began her career with ProMatura and NIC MAP in 2003, when only four metropolitan statistical areas were being researched. She played a vital role in developing NIC MAP, now the nation’s largest seniors housing database, which includes existing properties, properties in planning, and those under construction. Since NIC MAP began, it has expanded to the top 141market areas that are researched under her supervision.

The data collected for NIC MAP are compiled into quarterly portfolios and are used to determine investment markets and major areas of growth for age-qualified housing. NIC MAP is recognized as the gold standard for market data in the industry.

Hayley also supervises operations for the call center, and is in charge of all custom pricing and occupancy projects.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, decorating, and entertaining.
