Connie oversees the Sales Associate ERs (evaluations and recommendations), which delve deeper than the industry’s standard mystery shops by evaluating the associate on 24 performance attributes, suggesting proven techniques to increase sales/rentals, and comparing the associate’s scores with ProMatura’s proprietary benchmarks.
Connie is also involved in a variety of national projects at ProMatura, as well as in consumer research internet surveys and Community Planning Seminars for new and/or expanding communities in the United States and internationally.
Connie has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing and has received numerous awards for her professional achievements. She attended Western Illinois University, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She joined ProMatura in 2005.
