Connie oversees the sales counselor assessments, which go beyond the industry’s traditional mystery shops by helping to measure the quality of service offered by age-qualified housing communities. She evaluates performance according to a detailed rating process developed by ProMatura and writes the reports for the client’s property and competitive properties. She is also involved in a variety of special national projects.
Connie has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing and has received numerous awards for her professional achievements. She joined ProMatura in 2005. Connie attended Western Illinois University, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
