Stephen Dziduch

Stephen Dziduch joined ProMatura Group in 2005 and has been instrumental in expanding ProMatura’s satisfaction survey, web-based surveys, and text-data analyses and reduction.
Among Mr. Dziduch’s accomplishments at ProMatura Group are developing the company website, expanding on-line survey capabilities using Perseus/Vovici software, improving the quality and appearance of mail surveys by transitioning to a professional desktop publishing program, developing a method for efficiently migrating survey data from a remote data collection location to the main office, and providing in-house electronic media editing skills.
While at ProMatura Group, he has been responsible for online survey programming, written survey layout and data processing for several research studies including consumer research for prospective master planned communities and age-qualified communities and large-scale customer satisfaction studies. Mr. Dziduch programs and maintains the Audience Response System for research seminars and is responsible for the data collection and maintains the OMR system to more efficiently collect data from written surveys.
Mr. Dziduch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, where he achieved a position on the Dean’s List.
