Katie Griffin
Call Center Supervisor
Katie Griffin, call center supervisor, joined ProMatura Group in February of 2006. Her responsibilities at ProMatura include quality control checks with respondents who have participated in telephone surveys, and monitoring the research associates who conduct surveys for ProMatura’s consumer research projects. Ms. Griffin is also responsible for hiring ProMatura’s research associates and ensuring that the people who deal with our client’s consumers are friendly, helpful, and easy to understand.
Since joining ProMatura, Ms. Griffin has also done graphic design work for the company, including designing mail surveys, reports, booklets, brochures, envelopes, and ProMatura’s website.
Prior to joining ProMatura, Ms. Griffin was the studio manager at Quail Creek Graphics, where she was responsible for managing an art studio, product design, graphic design, product development, and customer service.
Ms. Griffin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, where she was on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll.
