John Dee Warthman

Manager of Information Technology

John Dee Warthman joined ProMatura Group in 2005 to develop and expand ProMatura’s IT capabilities and develop software tools to provide clients with information in an easy-to-use and customizable form. He has since been promoted to Manager of Information Technologies where his focus is on identifying areas where technology can help ProMatura Group provide superior client service by increasing productivity, improving analysis and organizing data.

Mr. Warthman’s accomplishments at ProMatura Group include planning and designing our 50 station computer assisted telephone interviewing phone center, improving our conjoint-based survey techniques, and programming automated quarterly reports for the National Investment Center for the Senior Housing and Care Industry (NIC) research data. His current projects include improving the automation of our snapshots and feasibility studies, automating our satisfaction survey system, and developing our new web portal.

Prior to joining ProMatura Group, Mr. Warthman worked for NASA (through the University of Alabama in Huntsville) developing applications to use satellite photography-based remote sensing technology to monitor isolated areas and trigger a response when a threat such as a forest fire or environmental damage is detected. He has also worked for computer and telephone development and manufacturing companies.

Mr. Warthman earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science with a math minor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
