Hayley Downs began her career with The ProMatura Group and NICMAP™ in 2003, when only 4 metropolitan statistical areas were being researched. Prior to joining The ProMatura Group, Mrs. Downs worked professionally as a caregiver for the elderly. She attended the University of Mississippi — Desoto Center where she received an Associate Degree in Applied Science.
After working as a NICMAP™ Research Associate, she was promoted to Project Manager where she played a vital role in developing what isow known as the nation’s largest seniors housing database. What once was a small research project has now expanded to 100 market areas that are researched under her supervision.
The data collected for the NICMAP™ Census are compiled into quarterly portfolios and are used to determine investment markets and major areas of growth for seniors housing. The NICMAP™ Census is currently known as the gold standard for market data in this industry.
