Bryon Cohron joined ProMatura Group in October of 2003 and has been involved in numerous feasibility studies for developers interested in building residential and mixed-use communities, as well as management companies interested in re-evaluating the housing mix of their current properties, or planning for expansion.
As Senior Market Analyst, Mr. Cohron collects and analyzes various economic, demographic and industry data that describe or impact the housing market. His areas of expertise include financial feasibility, market demand analysis, site analysis, product research, product and community design, marketing and sales consulting and database management.
Mr. Cohron was instrumental in developing and building, and he currently manages the nation.s largest age-qualified housing database; an ongoing census of senior housing properties in the United States maintained on behalf of the National Investment Center for the Senior Housing and Care Industries (NIC). He has also managed numerous nationwide studies for clients including NIC and the Assisted Living Federation of America.
Mr. Cohron earned his Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in English, with a minor in Business, at The University of Mississippi.
