Taylor Brame has worked with ProMatura in collection and analysis of economic, demographic, and industry data that impact housing markets across the globe. Taylor’s areas of expertise include financial feasibility, market demand analysis, site analysis, product research, product and community design, digital media marketing, video production and design, unmanned aircraft systems, sales consulting, and database management.
Taylor has been involved in feasibility studies for developers interested in building residential and mixed-use communities, as well as for management companies re-evaluating the housing mix of their properties or planning for expansion. Taylor has worked with ProMatura since 2015 and is actively involved in ProMatura’s global market research efforts in Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan and is an active participant in one of Europe’s largest property investment conferences. Additionally, Taylor leads ProMatura’s planning and development data collection and analysis team and has facilitated contact with thousands of government officials across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Taylor received his Bachelor’s from the University of Mississippi in Economics, Mathematics, and Biology where he worked with the Center for Population Studies evaluating rural communities in Mississippi and served on the events committee for the International and American Student Alliance and as a Global Ambassador for the Office for Global Engagement.

Senior Market Analyst
Bryon Cohron collects and analyzes various economic, demographic and industry data that describe or impact the housing market. Manager, Market Research
Hayley began her career with The ProMatura Group and NIC MAP in 2003, when only four metropolitan statistical areas were being researched. She played a vital role in developing what is now known as the nation’s largest seniors housing database. What once was a small research project has now expanded to 100 market areas that are researched under her supervision.
The data collected for the NIC MAP Census are compiled into quarterly portfolios and are used to determine investment markets and major areas of growth for seniors housing. The NIC MAP Census is recognized as the gold standard for market data in the industry.
Hayley is in charge of managing all corporate participation for the Census and also oversees the construction database, which keeps track of details for newly constructed properties in the top 100 MSAs.

Vice President and Director of Information Systems and Technology
Steve is responsible for online survey programming, written survey layout and data processing for research studies. These studies include consumer research for prospective master-planned and age-qualified communities and large-scale customer satisfaction studies.
He also programs the Audience Response System for ProMatura's research seminars and maintains operations to more efficiently collect information from written surveys.
Steve received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, where he was on the dean's list.

Call Center Manager
Katie manages the call center, which conducts telephone surveys designed to communicate information to prospective markets. She is responsible for meeting customer service targets, conducting quality control checks with telephone survey respondents, and for hiring the research associates who conduct surveys for the firm's consumer research projects. She also assists in supervising and managing the NIC MAP department.
Since joining ProMatura in 2006, Katie has been involved in graphic design work with the firm, including the design of mail surveys, reports, booklets, brochures, envelopes, and the company website.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design from the University of Mississippi.

Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Sales
Connie Hay oversees the sales counselor assessments, which go beyond the industry’s traditional mystery shops by helping to measure the quality of service offered by age-qualified housing communities. She evaluates performance according to a detailed rating process developed by ProMatura and writes the reports for the client’s property and competitive properties. She is also involved in a variety of special national projects.
Connie has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing and has received numerous awards for her professional achievements. She joined ProMatura in 2005.
Connie attended Western Illinois University, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Heather is executive assistant to Margaret Wylde and handles coordination of appointments, meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements, as well as written correspondence.
Heather also helps prepare proposals and reports and organizes and coordinates the firm’s research projects.

Kristen Paris, Ph.D.
Vice President, Market Research
Kristen joined ProMatura Group in 2012 and specializes in research methodologies, as well as statistical analyses and reporting. She is responsible for analyzing and reporting telephone survey, mail survey and research seminar data for market feasibility projects, and image and awareness studies for housing developers and owners in large and small markets across the United States.
In addition, Kristen is responsible for analyzing and reporting data from nationwide surveys for the ProMatura Group, American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA), and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), among others. She has also helped prepared presentations and publications of the data from these nationwide projects.
Kristen received her Master’s and Ph.D. in Experimental Social Psychology from The University of Mississippi.
When she's not busy analyzing and writing, Kristen enjoys reading, playing with her two crazy Chihuahuas, and visiting her hometown of Savannah, Georgia.

Robert joined ProMatura in 2017 and has a background in programming, integrated development and relational database management. He is responsible for analyzing survey results, programming surveys, and developing productive reporting and analyses processes.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi.

Director of Business Operations
Brittney Whittington is responsible for all human resources activities at ProMatura Group, as well as all financial activities of the firm. She manages day-to-day processing of accounts receivable and payables, administers payroll and employee benefits, reconciles monthly finances, generates periodic reports, and provides ongoing analysis of overall financial operations to assure greatest efficiency for the firm. She is also a key member of the proposals and reports team, working closely with the president and vice president for communications to ensure accuracy in pricing and invoicing.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in business administration, Brittney joined ProMatura Group in June of 2015, after having served as the bookkeeper of Pemberton Mortgage and Investments in Greenwood, Mississippi.

Shelley Williams, J.D.
Vice President, Communications and General Counsel
Shelley is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of ProMatura’s written product. As General Counsel, she reviews and negotiates company contracts with outside vendors and clients. She advises on legal matters and ensures company compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
Prior to joining ProMatura Group in 2013, she was in private practice working throughout the U.S. and U.K. Shelley’s background is in corporate law, family law, municipal law and insurance.
Shelley received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi and is licensed to practice law in all Mississippi state and federal courts.

Donnie graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and following his interest in market research, began working for ProMatura as a research analyst in August of 2015.
